At Simon Curwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
